Terms and Conditions

1. The service

PDFPapi provides free browser-based PDF tools and a paid export product. PDF processing happens locally in your browser; PDF bytes are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Pricing, trial, renewal, cancellation

• One-time export: US $4.99 (or then-current price) unlocks an export entitlement for the purchased document session.
• Subscription: US $9.99 per month (or then-current price), billed in advance through Stripe.
• New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. A valid card is required to start the trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

If you believe a purchase was made in error or the service did not work as described, contact team@pdfpapi.com within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and revoke the corresponding entitlement.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you process and the accuracy of the email and payment details you provide. You agree not to use the service unlawfully.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFPapi and K. M. FISHER SYSTEMS LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; for paid purchases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
